Result Snapshots¶

Snapshots also retain the solved analysis method. Switching units or combinations preserves the method; changing the project method requires a new solve.

• Diagram windows show their analysis ID, analysis time, original editor revision, and whether their model matches the current editor. A new analysis of the same model is distinguished from the earlier snapshot. The export icon in a diagram window exports/prints that snapshot, even after editor results are invalidated. Unit and combination changes retain the snapshot ID; engineering changes require a new analysis before exporting from the main editor.
